I pinched a couple nerves from menstruations and could not sleep from the pain. This heating pad was a life saver. It folded over my arm covering my spicy elbow, tricep, and forearm. Heats up quickly and shuts off automatically after a couple hours. So soothing. The outside cover is just as soft as my blanket. Bonus that it's machine washable. Was delivered quickly and even has a tag to let you know which side to lay on your body. 3 heat levels are available but I kept mine on medium directly on skin and high through a sweater for my shoulder. Highly recommend. Will be using this for cramps as well
I thought I was done with menstrual cramps decades ago. Now I have stage 4 uterine cancer at 67. This heating pad helps so much I have two. One by my recliner and one by my bed. They are getting daily use, along with my pain meds.
THIS LITTLE HEATING PAD IS SO HELPFUL FOR THOSE SORE & STIFF CRAMPS AS IT WRAPS AROUND UTERUS & GETS COZY.
It works well, small pet peeve is that the clip from the cord to the pad is easy to accidentally disconnect. Heat level is nice & it did hold up through the wash which surprised me. Great warming pad! Soft and comfortable

I haven’t had a new heating pad in years, I don’t know why I waited! This one is so comfortable. I have only used it on low because it is very warm, but it sure helps with menstruational pains .Love this little heating pad..it’s not huge nicely made and does the job!!
