    Cushioned and comfy!

    I'm writing this as a woman who is comfortable wearing heels and wedges. I purchased these specifically for a pair of ankle booties that have a low, 1" hidden platform. I wanted the exact shoe with a higher heel for an upcoming wedding, so I purchased these inserts. I was worried based on previous reviews that they might not work and/or be comfortable. For those of you comfortable walking in a heel, these are like walking on air. They're cushioned, and feel like the most comfortable insert one can buy. Obviously as the weight is pushed to the ball of your foot, you may think about some added cushioning there, but again, for those of us used to heels, we probably have those sitting around anyway.

    Also, they don't have that annoying sticky bit that is on the bottom of many inserts. Other inserts need it for various reasons, but these don't. They stay in place and this allows me to use them in other boots. Would definitely purchase again, but won't need to as they change out of shoes easily.

    It added a little height and the inserts are really comfortable.

    I used the thinner part to put into my boots. It added a little height and the inserts are really comfortable. I walked all afternoon in Manhattan and the inserts added cushion to the shoes. It made the walk very pleasant.

    TOTALLY HELPED WITH MY KNEES! BETTER THAN ANYTHING IN THE STORES

    played sports since the age of 5 thru out college, getting up there in years my back and knees were becoming daily issues. I read some article about how shoe inserts help with bad knees and when I saw these I remembered and ordered them. I haven't had any issues and I mean any with my knees! I don't use the provided attachments and it does fit perfectly in any type of shoe (athletic, dress, causal, boots, etc...)

    They Do Their Job; I'm Impressed.

    I'm an actor who's 5' 6.5", and I always round up to 5' 7". I was cast as a stand-in for somebody 5' 9", and my agent said I was 5' 8.5". I went all over town looking for lifts, and I couldn't find anything. These lifts come in a Chinese package (which figures, I guess), and do a good job of adding about an inch and a half to my height. Part of them can come off to make the lift less significant, or you can use the whole thing for max height. (It's hot-swappable.) They're comfortable and durable. I'm very satisfied with them.
